Difference to UM-720S : VESA (75mm) compatible mounting adapter option on display rear side. You can mount the display on any VESA compatible mounting unit.
This TFT monitor is connected to a Windows PC USB connector. The display is working as an additional display which can be added to the main display area on the left, right, upper or lower. Alternatively it can mirror the primary screen. The display can be swiveled in steps of 90°.
In addition, the UM-720F V2 model comes with touchscreen.

Versand und Lieferung über cartft war zügig und problemlos.
Der MIMO UM-720F ist ein guter 7" Monitor. Besonders praktisch ist die Stromversorgung über USB, weil lediglich ein Kabel zum Betrieb notwendig ist, was ihn zu einem ganz klaren Favoriten beim Betrieb im Auto macht.
Etwas problematisch ist allerding die Arbeit mit Windows, da viele Fenster von XP nicht auf die Auflösung von 800*480 ausgelegt sind und mangels erscheinender Scollleisten ist eine Bedienung nicht immer möglich.
Als Monitor fürs Navi und Multimediasteuerung ist er sehr gut geeignet, um darauf Filme zu sehen ist er allerdings etwas klein und von der Farbdarstellung nicht wirklich optimal.

Ist bereits mein zweiter Monitor. ZUr Bespaßung der Kinder auf Reisen eine klasse Lösung. ICh arbeite zur Zeit daran noch einen dritten zu verbauen um parallen zu den Filmen für die Kinder eine Navigation für den Fahrer zu realisieren.
