CarPC Kit for Viliv X70EX UMPC (Mounting unit, Car Charger)
| 04.07.2013 Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. The window mounting unit has a strong suction cup which has survived the weight of my Viliv X70EX for two weeks so far without requiring repositioning. The design is discreet when the X70EX is in place, unlike bulkier generic tablet holders, and securely holds the tablet in place. The one letdown with the mounting unit is that it is difficult to adjust the angle between the tablet holder and the suction cup without stripping the teeth from the locking mechanism. Additionally, the holding screw works loose occasionally, but is easily tightened up. Despite this, it is definitely better suited to the job than a generic tablet holder, and once mounted at the correct angle will perform very well. As for the car charger, it works perfectly and is capable of powering the X70EX without the battery in place, therefore allowing the battery's lifespan to be saved.
