Bei dem ATX Anschlusskabel (20pol-20/24pol, SATA) handelt es sich um ein Kabel welches prima 20 und 24 Polige Stecker (wie es damals üblich war) zu Sata umwandelt. Die geschwindigkeit leidet hierbei nicht und es ist eine prima lösung ohne auf teure Sata onBoard Lösungen zu setzen

dieser Stecker wird benötigt, um kleine Mininetzteile, wie das DC Netzteil 12V (80W) -Travla- sowohl an das mainboard als auch an andere PC Komponenten wie Festplatten und DVD-Laufwerke anschließen. man kann, um weitere Molex-Anschlüsse zu erhalten auch noch ein sogenanntes Y-Kabel verwenden.
