Place a short letter in your parcel where you describe the defect.
Let us know your return address, in case it differs from the last used shipping address.

With repairments : Send ONLY the defective single part WITHOUT any accessoiry
(manual, connection cables, ...)
With cancellations : Send EVERYTHING original packaging with COMPLETE accessoiry

External signs of usage (scratches, dents, ...) can lead to a longer proccessing time.
This is because we usually replace immediately against a new unit. This is NOT possible with
returns with signs of usage.

Exclusion from warranty :
o Opening of sealed products (e.g. TFT-displays)
o Defect was your fault (e.g. impressed condensers, cutted conducting paths, ...)

We know that an RMA case can be very annoying for you. That is why we try our very best to handle
it as fast as possible. If you regard the details we listed above, then you can expect these standard
handling times :
o Single products (eg. TFT-displays, power supplies,...) : ~1-4 working days
o Systems : ~1-7 working days

The status of your RMA case is visible for you online all the time. It will go through these steps :
RMA NUMBER CREATED We have received your RMA wish
SENT YOU INSTRUCTIONS We sent you instructions by email
DIAGNOSTICS IN WORK We received your shipment and proccess it
RMA FINISHED - SENDING GOODS Your RMA case is finished and was forwarded to the shipping department
