1. Right of withdrawal:
You are able to revoke your purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. This should happen in written form (eg. letter,fax,email) or through reconsignment of the goods. The period of time starts with the receivement of the goods, but not before you have read this introduction. To ensure the time period, you just have to send the withdrawal explanation betimes or send the goods back within the time period. You have to send your cancellation to :

2. Consequences of cancellation
In case of an effective cancellation, the received merits on both sides, are to be restored. The cost of abrasions have to be paid. If you aren't able to give us back the goods altogether or only in parts or only in declined constitution, then you are commited to compensate this. This doesn't apply, if the declining is to be ascribed to the normal assay of the good like it would happen in a normal street shop. By the way you can avoid compensation by using the goods not in the position of an owner and desisting all, what can reduce the value of the goods. You have to carry the costs of the returning, if the deliverred goods are equal to the ordered ones and when the price of the goods are not higher than 40 EUR or when the goods have an higher value and you have not fulfilled the trade-off or a contracted part-payment. In an other case, the return of the goods is free of charge. International customers carry the costs of returning on their own. You have to fulfill obligations for restitutions of payments within 30 days after giving your revocation of cancellation. If you have financed the contract with a credit and are revoking the financed contract, you are not bound to the financed contract aswell, if both contracts are building an economical unity. This is particularly the case, if we are the loaner of the credit or if the loaner is taking our assistance for the contract. If the credit is already accrued to us at the time of your revocation took effect, you can can hold to us or the loaner for the recission of the contract. End of revocation introduction.

3. Informations on warranty issues
Warranty follows the lawful arrangements.
For goods, the warranty time is 2 years.
In case of a lack of the good you can decide to let us either to deliver in addition or to let us mend. If the amendment is not successful or the additionally delivered good has a lack, too, you can give us the good back and get your purchase price back or you can keep the good and lower the purchase price.

We are shipping to all countries worldwide. However, due to postal restrictions we can't deliver always with cash-on-delivery. Please ask us about your country or we will contact you after your order.
For customers outside the EU, all prices are to be substracted by 19%.
